lightningmaid (1 dag siden) #26273007My order shipped the 31st of August with RSAL and the tracking still says "posting/collecting". I know RSAL means that there's a queue to wait if this package will fit on a plane, but I've never had it before that it took more than 3 weeks to leave Japan. I've already mailed AmiAmi when 2 weeks had passed, but they said it's normal. I've ordered for 2 years and it never took more than a week for an RSAL package to leave Japan.
Has this occurred to anyone else before? I just want to ease my worries. :')
There was a problem that delayed airmail delivery to some countries, that's probably the cause of your order's delay: [ext link ]

So for you folks that sell figures, what is the best way to go about obtaining boxes to ship your figures in? I'm thinking of getting out of the hobby but don't really know the best way to go about unloading my figures (I know how to use the ad system here, just fuzzy on the best way to get a figure boxed up and on her way to a buyer)

snakeisekans (6 dager siden) #26092639Recently bought the Shakugan no Shana II Shana Black Clear Hair ver. 1/7 and it said it's castoff able. I found a comment on the database saying to take the legs off and while trying to take the legs off, I almost cracked it. Can anyone help?I read the comment by fishnose (who has not visited MFC in 2 years) unfortunately I don't have this version of Shana. You may want to try asking in the Shana figure tread and the same ver. but different hair color. It's a fairly old figure you may an owner in a PM that is still active in MFC like Alukurd.

Psycho7ic (8 måneder siden) #17379117Does anyone know where to get miniature or scaled furniture for figures?

Rements (check the scale!,) Sylvanian Family for 1/12ths, SOME Barbie, and random dollhouse finds from Thrift Stores and Antique Shops. You can also order custom-made stuff from dollhouse furniture makers on Etsy, but that will run up in price pretty quickly. Mostly I just stalk the Walmart to aisle (forget the cringe and do this!) and Thrift Stores...

SShirokaze (2 måneder siden) #23780392Does anybody here own a ramen stopper?
encyclopedia #85668
Can someone tell me if you really do use this as a ramen stopper? Like, I pour the hot water to cook my insta ramen, and use the figure to close the open part of the lid?
Wont the heat damage it? @@
Yeah it's only 3 mins, but still...
I just wanna know if it's safe or not @@

Imo, if you want to keep it in good condition as long as possible then don't use it. However, these things are not really intended to last forever and even ones kept in a cool dark place may degrade and become oily on their own.

I just invert a bowl on cup ramens.

What do people use these strip towels for?
Their dimensions are typically 100 x 20cm. Seems a rather awkward size for any practical use.
