UPDATE 2: GSC reply me back with the following statement:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company.
Upon comparing with our stocks, our inspector concluded that the presumed defect exists on all of our stocks. Therefore, it is not a defect but a common feature. We are sorry to inform you that no replacement part can be provided.
We are terribly sorry that we cannot help you on this matter, but your understanding would be much appreciated.

Good Smile Company Customer Support


So can be an end? I don't know if it is correct to try with AmiAmi support.


UPDATE 1: I opened also a request directly to GSC, they requested me a lot of information, to be sure that the figure is not a bootleg (more photos of the figure and of the box, also proof of purchase etc.) I sent them all the info requested, I will update the articles when I get a reply.
also AmiAmi wrote me back asking me the photo of the figure together with the shipping label and the proof of purchase, I will put in pause the request waiting a reply from GSC by now.

Sorry to disturb everyone, but I have a question for those that already face an issue like mine.
Yesterday I received the figure ITEM #676079
on the hairs I found some issues regarding I think the glue of the parts, as the following screen:

I wrote to seller (AmiAmi) and I am waiting for a reply, I asked them
if they can manage the issue in some way, or if I have to contact GSC directly.
I am still waiting for a reply from them.
For those had the same issue, what is the best way to manage this kind of issue?

Yes the item was new, I opened a request to GSC, finger-crossed :)
