    Hehe!

Rikoei28 dager siden#80370886Sadly we have that too but it’s made of pure sugar though I haven’t seen them in a LONG time so they probably stopped selling them due to that

In my home country there was a campaign to keep on making the same candies, but rebrand them as:

    https://creatiefmettaal.files.wordpress.com/2018/12/melkchocoladekrijtjes.jpg
    'edible chalk'

    https://gewoonvegan.nl/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/IMG_4287_1.jpg
    'chocolate pencils'

But as far as I know the actual cigarettes are also still being sold.

    They're made of chocolate.
It's interesting you brought that up, though! I absolutely did not think about it as an issue until you said it. :P

stars_n_kisses2 måneder siden#78220170Nice review - I might give such type a review a try, too (Considering my coming Candysan delivery has a Okinawa Lychee drink with it.)
    Some things to comment to:
    - Those star candies happen to be called Kompeito (Thanks to CLAMP's Kobato)
    - As kcf1117 said, it would be intersting to see those enviromental guideline, though I do noticed it on say recent Kitkat packages it's coming to fruition somehow
    - Seems like my tongue to the mint flavour better on. As for the recent flavours (Berry mix and Watermelon) do you plan to give them a shot or did the Mint Taiyaki killed it for you?
    - As soon you showed the pizza chips featuring Spider Man, this damn thing has to popped up my head, so thanks for that XD : www.youtube.com...

I always love to see more candy/snacks/drinks reviews! :D

I didn't know the star candies had an official name, so I'll add it to the blog, thanks! :) And oh, what did the Kit Kat packaging you had say? Something about improved materials?

I might be interested in one of those Taiyaki cookies again, but I don't want to try anything 'wild' soon. Maybe just try their basic chocolate or strawberry flavor next to see if I dare any others. :D This was my first time buying a Puku Puku Tai.

And LOL I was completely expecting this video instead:

Cloudberry2 måneder siden#78220193I'm very curious about the Puku Puku mint cookie lol. I had an ice cream that actually tasted like mint toothpaste and I thought that was pretty bad.
And those melon gum are bomb. I grew up eating chewing on those! The flavor goes away quickly but at least they don't become really hard after a long chewing session.

OH NO. That must be like...licking frozen toothpaste? If they had just used mint only, like the herb, it could have been nice...maybe? I mean, I like mint tea, so...

I had no idea they were so wide-spread in the USA, another user was talking about them as well! It might be worth it to try to buy a bigger range of flavors later. :)

galablue2 måneder siden#78220151I love living vicariously through a blog like this! I am vegetarian and don't eat fish so I am always wary of getting a mixed candy/food bag from Japan as you don't really know what you'll get. However I love Japanese sweets and food so it's super fun to read. Actually, I grew up eating that gum -- the melon flavor to me is very subtle and refreshing. The strawberry one is another favorite. Grape's always the one me and my brother threw out. I think the last one is orange? Can't remember.

Happy to hear you enjoyed it so much! :D A lot of Japanese food and snacks have 'hidden' fish-related ingredients in there and there is possibility for gelatin in candies. I think you are the most safe sticking to chocolate, cookies and drinks from Japan, but always good to try to read up on the ingredients before buying. :)

Ah, I had no idea the gum came in multiple flavors (I guess they are randomized in the Yaokin Pack)! The melon one was pretty neat as well.
