I have a radiator pipe that's always on going behind a small wooden bookcase with glass door (which currently has figures in it), and a whole radiator close by to one of the glass cabinets for many years and in both cases, nothing even a little close to a heat damage happened to the figures. Don't worry.

Like others mentioned your figures should be fine. What also helps is that heath won’t go through wood if you place a wooden cabinet next to it.

A computer can not melt figures. If it could, it would first melt itself, as lots of components are made out of plastic.

I have a display case near to a radiator, the display case does not get any warmer than the rest of the room.

So as others have said unless you put your figures next to the exhaust fans then you won't notice any problems.

The components in a PC might get hot but the exhaust air is likely just a couple of degrees warming than the air going in from your room. Just checked my own and the difference between the input and output temperatures is about 3 degrees, not exactly hot.

unless your pc produces so much heat it can make a room sweat, you should be fine.

Unless you have the figure right on the heat vent and you're overclocking your PC 24/7 I don't think it should be an issue at all

Absolutely fine.
I have 3 bunnies displayed on top of my pc case next to the ventilation and they're fine.
Have a couple inside as well and they fine too and my pc runs 24/7 under heavy load.
