i wanted to pre-order the marin figure on the crunchyroll store and i for some reason cannot pre order her, it says she cant be shipped to my address (i live in germany) and my father has a place in austria so i wanted to ship her there but that also doesnt work. does anyone know why? or does she really just not ship to Europe cuz i dont see anything on her page saying that she ships to specific areas.

I had ordered two figures. The formidable one and Flare's Suigintou one. The Suigintou one was supposed to be a reissue for this October.
Long story short, customer service took its sweet time, it was super complicated (impossible) to split my order and—they had the figure in stock after all…
Their website is shit. I'd much rather shop at just Solaris in the future, given that they have a proper, up-to-date website, lol.
Damn, that sucks. Yeah, Solaris is my go-to as well. I had issues with combining orders a few months back and their CS was very helpful. Reply time is a bit on the slower side compared to Nin-nin, though.
