It's Ichiban Kuji so she won't appear at Japan shops like BIJ, HS, AmiAmi. (She will appear at AmiAmi in time in the Pre-owned section but she'll sell quickly there).
She is currently being offered for bid from several vendors at YAJ (Yahoo Auctions Japan). Depending upon your residence you may try your luck there direct or via a proxy if you're not a Japanese resident.
It's Ichiban Kuji so she won't appear at Japan shops like BIJ, HS, AmiAmi. (She will appear at AmiAmi in time in the Pre-owned section but she'll sell quickly there).
