Life could be a dream...

Nice work, top class again! This is actually the first time I like to look at that Eru figure, before I never really warmed up to her, though I'm a big Hyouka fan.

IxianNavigator12 dager siden#128589552This is why it's not a good idea to include that kind of information on a photo. People less knowledgeable about photography may think that they would need an expensive camera like that to take photos like this. Which couldn't be farther from the truth!
In reality any dedicated camera from like the last 10-15 years could produce photos like this. Hell, I believe even modern smartphone cameras could make similar results if put into the exact same place like that expensive Sony.
That camera is more than 4000€ where I live, and that's just the camera body. You also would need lenses for it which cost another few hundred or several hundred euros each. For comparison's sake I estimate that the camera, lenses and various other photography gear I own added up together didn't cost 4000€ in total.
What makes this photo is largely the skill of the photographer. Knowledge how to use their camera, what setting to use, and how to set up the lighting, etc.
If you really want to start taking photos like this, you could just start out with your phone. You would be amazed how much you can squeeze out from a modern smartphone camera if you use it well. There are guides out there for beginners using their phone. The most important thing is to learn. It's all out there. When you know why exactly your phone camera is limiting your photography, that's the point you could start looking for a dedicated camera & lenses.
Thanks for the info, something I'll definitely look into.

IxianNavigator12 dager siden#128589590I wonder why did you start including the camera info and exposure settings on your photos? It's not the first time now. Are you affiliated with the manufacturer, and is this some kind of an advertisement actually? Or you want to show off what an expensive high-end camera you got?
Including these informations in this way makes the wrong impression that all that matters is just the gear & settings and that's it. Sure, having a good camera makes things easier. Nothing wrong with wanting and owning that kind of equipment either. But it's not strictly needed, it's not all that there is to it.
Showing the exposure settings without knowing the environment and lighting setup isn't really much useful either, since it's all circumstantial.
If you want to tell us about the technicalities of the photo, you could do so in something like a behind-the-scenes or tutorial article, showing the whole process, explaining your decisions. That would be more interesting and could benefit everyone wanting to learn about photography and how to take great photos like you do.

I saw people did it on twitter and just think it's kind of cool, mostly I just use it on my personal social network at first, but it happening just the right photo size MFC allowed me to upload, I just too lazy to resize the original photo for the second time or edit it out again.
It's just a trend and actually I'm starting to get bored of it already haha

[bonus love if the set is using actual miniatures ~]

They're mostly from re-ment I'm just too lazy to tag >.< I usually use generative fill to fix some minor error or erasing unwanted detail only, never let it take majority influence in my photo.
