    I sent them an e-mail about an incorrect price on their site. They didn't reply, but did fix the price, so they're alive at least.
    Japanese radishes are usually attached to the secret in substitution for the weapon of the version.

    I just made a pre-order from their site, for a December release, so they do seem to be active.

    I was wondering myself if they were an outdated site or not, I'll find out when December rolls along and let you all know how it goes.

    I was writing up a review today when it occurred to me to check the mail. Lo and behold the package I ordered from this website was sitting in the snow next to the front door.

    The item I ordered was ITEM #87401 and it was shipped by SAL on Nov 30th, so it arrived here pretty quickly. I said I'd let all of you know how it goes, so there you go. I'm very happy, especially since the item I ordered was a limited one from Tamashii Nations.

    It looks like they declared a lower value on the customs label but I can't quite tell. Did they undervalue it?

    They did not, not even inside the package. I was kind of surprised at that.

    I think i'm lucky to have only placed a pre-order, they haven't been replying to my emails even after their christmas/new year break. Could have been 17000yen on the line.

    I won't jump to conclusions yet, but that certainly is strange given that I had no problems receiving my item.

    Maybe the Vita has a part you can't send by mail...?

    I had a pre-order from them since October for two figures, they sent an e-mail in December saying they would be released Dec. 31 and I would get an invoice soon for it, never got anything since, so I just canceled. They lost my business and also my trust to purchase from them any more.

    So, I preorder the New World Zoro POP back in June like most others. Amiami back then still crashed, and everyone else pretty much sold out. Found Nippon-Yasan, and thought, good price, based in Japan, no payment till release date, why not?

    Well, months later and I have ZERO news from them, even after many emails asking a variety of questions. Not a single one answered. Their policy for pre-orders is that if you defer payment, you will receive an invoice 2-3 weeks before the figure's release, and have till the day before release to pay. WELL. Zoro's date was 1/31/12 for them. As the days went by, no invoice was ever emailed. I sent one last annoyed email to them yesterday. It's already the 31st in Japan...

    I'm assuming at this point, they don't want my money, so I'm leaving my order to rot. Not like they can call on me to pay, since I technically 'broke' the agreement to pay a day before release.

    This was seriously, the most pathetic transaction I have EVER had. I was more than willing to give my business to them, but after such apathetic service, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Happily pre-ordered Zoro at OtakuFuel.

    This just happened to me as well. Nippon Yasan emailed me sometime after I had gone to sleep and invoiced me as well. Honestly...I sent multiple emails with questions over the past few months, and they still have the gall to invoice me for money? Without replying to ANY of my previous emails? Come on...

    On January 3rd I ordered the exclusive figure Aiyoku no Eustia Astraea by Kotobukiya ITEM #72376 from them. I decided to order from them because it was a very good price, I could pay a few days before release as opposed to right away and I had heard good things about them.
    This item had a order by date of January 9th. Well this morning I wake up to find a cancellation from them for this figure. Its been 4 full weeks since I ordered and instead of letting me know right away so I could still find one for pre-order within the order dates, they wait until now to tell me.
    And all I get is an e-mail that says "Hello and thank you for your order! We are sorry but this product is not available any more for pre-order. If you have any question, feel free to ask us! Again sorry! Nippon-Yasan.Com". Yes I have a question! Why in the F**K why couldn't you have told me earlier!?!
    In any case I will not be ordering from them again. Oh well there are plenty of other stores I can spend my money at with better reliability and customer service.
