    I checked on Ninoma and see Airmal and Boat for my figure. I checked the same figure on Nippon Yasan and SAL option is available.


    OK, well, guess you could contact Ninoma by PMing them here or via their site and ask what's up, if you want to find out.
    Edit: did a quote to Poland as I see your location is set to Poland. Looks like they don't do SAL to Poland, judging by the options, but SAL is supported in Poland. Hm.

    I always use SAL option on Nippon Yasan or HLJ without problems, but on Ninoma lack of these option to my country.

    SAL option is called "Economy" shipping method on both Ninoma and Buy-Nippon (our proxy service).

    Anyone else getting malicious links when browsing Ninoma recently? My antivirus has been blocking malicious javascript links whenever I hit the site. I ordered a couple of items from them a week or two ago and it wasn't an issue then.

    Here is what Kaspersky logged when visiting a figure page on your site. Note that the homepage itself does not trigger this. It only happens when visiting a figure page. Looks like you're linking to a blacklisted site. Ads, maybe?

    I have buyed many times there, and they have a tendency to be on the slow side from the point you buy, to the point they send something, I have had even 6 days, but 8 seems too much. Has been there any holiday perhaps in the middle of those days where the store is located? Anyway, the best thing you can do is to send them an email asking politely about the issue.

    here's the statement that we released yesterday on our front page regarding the schedule delays we might experience :

    Ninoma Order processing might experience some delays in April due to the various national holidays. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Regular shift should be back once Golden Week is gone. We understand the disturbance and we're doing our best to shorten the wait for you.

    Hello, i finally receive my very first item from Ninoma two days ago. I'm so glad they came in in perfect condition, everything is secured and protected, the packaging is great, no flaws and all (Thanks Ninoma!)

    However, i need to comfirm something.
    I noticed there is some small/minor dents on the edge of the box i ordered.
    I read the FAQ, it said that "all the items are brand new and never per owned".
    But by looking at the dent/damage on the box it looks like someone has been opened the box? So was it actually pre owned or just some minor damage made by the supplier/manufacture? I don't know.. But the figure itself is OK and no problem.
    Sorry, i just need to make sure.


    But overall, I am satisfied with the quality. Thank You Ninoma!
